    There is a problem with the fuse. Replace fuse.

    If problem persists then go to Step 3. [code : C001]

    NO

     

     

    There is a problem with power.

    Request technical support. [code : C002]


  3. [Step3] Connect controller to PC. Can RoboPlus Manager communicate with the controller?

    YES


     

    Communications are OK. Go to Step 6.

    NO

     

     

    Go to Step4.

     

  4. [Step4] Inspect connected cables. Try replacing cables or/and select a different USB port and connect. Does it communicate? (For CM5 and CM510 controllers, move the USB2Dynamixel switch to RS232)


    YES


     

    Communications are OK. Go to Step 6.

    NO

     

     

    There is problem with communications. Go to Step 5.

     

  5. [Step5] Try to recover firmware with RoboPlus Manager. Was recovery OK?

    YES


     

    Please try Step 3 again. If symptoms persist despite recovery then request repair. Request technical support. [code : C003]

    NO

     

     

    There is a hardware problem. Request technical support. [code : C004]

     

  6. [Step6] Try to communicate with the controller via RoboPlus Manager. Are connected devices(Dynamixel, sensors)fine?

    YES


     

    It is OK.

    NO

     

     

    Go to Step 7.

     

  7. [Step7] Connect other devices (one at a time) and try testing. Is the controller\'s communications OK?

    YES


     

    It is OK.

    NO
