I seem to have connection issues with BT-210 with Robotis software like TASK, MOTION & MANAGER. I had tried on Windows 10 Build 1709 and build 1803, same problems on both versions. Anybody is having the same problems?

Have you tried to delete the recent Windows Update?
Please let us know if you still have the issue after removing the KB4100403 update.
I just uninstall KB4284835 and KB4100403 updates and the same problem is still there. I am enclosing a screen capture of my current Windows updates.
I even just removed KB2504637 and the same problem is still there.

Regarding the BT-210 paired but not connecting in Win 10 update 1709 and 1803. I have same problem here and no solution yet. I find something from internet which address this issue.
- look for Torodo messages at May 7 and June 12.
- May 7: He said "The device remains paired and connected at the Windows level just fine so all looks good in Settings/Control Panel but it won't talk to the application any more."
- June 12: He said "It now appears that prior to 1803 Windows used to expect a response in little endian to a connection request from the Bluetooth chip. However, for some reason in Windows 10 1803 (and all future versions we assume) Microsoft decided that the response needs to be in big endian form."
I hope you can solve this BT-210 issue soon.
