I am trying to use the Adafruit Monster Motor Shield (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10182) with OpenCR. Based on documentation (http://emanual.robotis.com/docs/en/parts/controller/opencr10/#arduino-connector, - "
FT pins are 5V tolerant except when in analog mode. " ), I can not connect the analog pins from that shield to OpenCR, right?
Almost all pins in the OpenCR are FT pins that are 5V tolerant, however when the pin is set as an Analog Mode, you should use 3.3V level.
I don't have experience with the Monster Moto Shield from SparkFun, but as I read the datasheet of the motor driver, the minimum voltage for logic high is 3.25V which is too close to 3.3V.
Because there is too little gap between the minimum logic high voltage(3.25V) and the analog voltage of OpenCR(3.3V), I'd recommend not to go for these combination.
Thanks again, Will Son!
