We were using 4 mx 64 along with 6 mx28 in a biped,
Accidentally three of mx64 are not working...
While scanning for the servo...no servos found is outcome for these three servos. But they do blink while giving power.
What should we do?
We may be providing some extra load to servos for long time...they were giving overload for a long time....does this affects them or they have some protective system which shuts them?
One more thing I wanna add that, when I custom search in dynamixel wizard, sometimes it responds to a baud rate of 555555 and at other times, it creates a folder icon, which does not open.
If you haven't updated your MX series to the latest firmware, please try firmware update.
Even if the Dynamixel is shut down because of overload, it should be able to connect via Dynamixel Wizard.
If the software cannot find the Dynamixel, please try firmware recovery then try again.
Please note that recommended Torque for Dynamixel is 20% of its Stall Torque.
Excessive use of product could cause shortening the life time of the product.
