In order to play motion in the controller, task should be properly programmed to read the motion file.
It seems like your START PROGRAM only perform once as it is not inside of any loop.
As soon as you turn on the controller, it'll check if Remocon Data is received and this process is very fast so you won't be able to have enough time to open the terminal window to read received data.
If you want to read received data, I suggest to put the "IF" block in the ENDLESS LOOP something like below.
IF (Remocon Data Received == TRUE(1))

Thank for your reply,but i still have some problem.
when the PLAY LED on the CM-530 flicker the RxD LED flash when i send data through the bluetooth comport.
when the PLAY LED maintain the RxD LED doesn's flash,and terminal of R+Task doesn't show any message.
It seems the bluetooth doesn't work when controller in the PLAY mode.
The bluetooth module should work in PLAY mode in order to control the robot.
Please check if the BT-210 modules are successfully paired with each other.
