Which power source did you use? (Battery or SMPS?)

If you were using SMPS, what was the output voltage of the SMPS?

If possible, please take a video and share it to us.

Thank you.

Darwin op2 robot can be powered normally with SMPS
Use battery to supply power normally
However, the robot does not start normally, the USB has no power, and the USB mouse is flashed on the robot and there is no power.
The HDMI HD port is connected to the display and there is no signal display.

Thank you for the picture and additional description.

I'd recommend to replace the Fuse on the power board first.

1. Turn off the robot.

2. Disconnect battery and SMPS.

3. Open the back cover of OP2

4. Replace the fuse.

Then see if there's any damage on the cables and if everything looks fine, try turning on the robot.

Please let us know how it works after replacing the fuse.

Thank you.

After replacing the fuse, the situation is still the same. I guess it is not the reason that the fuse is short, and the fuse is not blown. The intel board didn't get up.

Thank you for checking the fuse.
It seems like the SBC(Intel board) needs be repaired.
Please request repair service.
Thank you.
