Dynamixel XH430-W350-T suddenly stopped working

Hi


I have a customer who bought 20 of the above servo.


The were undergoing initial testing on 1 servo doing the configuration through their servo driver.  The servo suddenly stopped working.  Now it has no lights no nothing.


I had asked them to go through the self check and they could not get past step 3.


"[Step1] Was it fine to turn the horn (axle) by hand, with nothing being caught (obstructing) during the turn? Yes, O.K.

[Step2] Is it impossible to turn as if the torque is ON? No, it turned O.K.
[Step3] Did the LED blink once when turned on? (If the LED did not blink request technical support) No, LED did not blink.
[Step4] Try recovery with Dynamixel Wizard. Was recovery OK? Not applicable, can't get this far.
[Step5] Does the motor move when turned on? Not applicable, can't get this far.
[Step6] Can RoboPlus Manager or Dynamixel Wizard find the Dynamixel ID? Not applicable, can't get this far.
[Step7] Did advanced search find the ID? Not applicable, can't get this far.
[Step8] Does the horn go to the goal position? Not applicable, can't get this far.
[Step9] Does the motor shake or goes to a position different from command? Not applicable, can't get this far.

Is there any other way to troubleshoot this as this is a time sensitive project.
