combined OpenCM using r + motion?

I've tried it but can't, do you have a suggestion to overcome this?

XL-320(7.4V) and MX-28(12.0V) requires different operating voltages.

If you need to use XL-320 and MX-28 at the same time, they should be connected on the same channel on OpenCM9.04 while receiving different operating voltage.

If you are using OpenCM 485 EXP for MX-28, this will cause separation of the communication channel from XL-320 on OpenCM9.04.

Can you check which Protocol version does your MX-28 use?

XL-320 uses Protocol 2.0 therefore, you should also use MX-28 with protocol 2.0.

You can update the protocol version by Firmware Recovery on R+Manager 2.0.

I've just checked with a developer and heard that it is NOT possible to create a motion with XL-320 and MX-28 (2.0).

The reason being although XL-320 uses Protocol 2.0, its control table is different from that of MX-28 (2.0) and other X series.

In the R+Motion tool, Sync Write and Sync Read instructions are used therefore you can only use Dynamixels that are using an identical Control Table for now.

I'll raise an issue and see how we can improve this case.

Yes, that's correct if and only if when you are using R+Motion.
You can control different types of Dynamixel at the same time when using Arduino IDE.

Arduino IDE for OpenCM9.04 is already available.
However, if you use Arduino IDE, you cannot use R+Motion.
