We recently purchased AX-18A in bulk. Order No. B190527063N8 One of the motors is reported by customer as not working. We received the motor back and checked. The motor is not powering on and it is not recognized by control circuit. We think that the customer may have done some unsupported operation.
Please suggest how to proceed for diagnosis.

However, please understand that the service may not be covered by warranty if the damage is caused by the abnormal use of product.
