The product is still under warranty so I don't want to do it myself, Is there any other way to fix it or does it definately need replacement?

Hi,

If your product is fresh out of box and the OpenCR is defected, it will be covered with warranty.

It could be the fuse or other power chip problems, and I can't assure which is causing the problem until our engineer evaluates the board.

The fuse could be blown up if there was a short circuit across the power and ground pins or excessive voltage on power input ports.

Please note that unless the product is fresh out of box and handled properly, fuse is not covered with warranty as it is considered as a consumable.

Thank you.
