I have a question regarding the battery for Turtlebot3:

Whats the reason that you state that I must not charge the battery while
connected to the robot?

Hi,
Sorry about the delayed response.
It is a general safety recommendation for Lithium Polymer batteries.
Discharging while charging the battery disturbs the charger calculating the current and voltage and may cause damage on battery cells.
