Fault description: in the process of using mx106, we need to set the upper and lower limits of the steering gear angle. There is a problem with a certain steering gear: we have four steering gears, and one of them has this problem: the CW position limit will be automatically set to zero suddenly at the moment of using the upper computer (there is no power cut in the whole process). Please analyze what causes this phenomenon. Is this a steering gear fault? Or software?

Hi,
Thank you for attaching video clip.
Did you connect other controllers (other than PC) to MX-106 while connecting to Wizard 1.0?
Could you try scanning these products on Wizard 2.0 and check if this issue happens again?
If the same issue occurs on Wizard 2.0, please try the firmware recovery and test again.
