Hi All


Recently, when using OP3-NUC (7th i3), it often crashes (just turned on or used for a period of time), and the problem still does not improve after recovery. Which aspect may cause problems and how to solve them?

Do you get any error messages when it crashes?

It's didn't show any error messages, just mouse can't move and I need to hold the power button a few seconds to shutdown it.

I think it could be the issue of RAM or SSD if the system stalls in the middle.
Is the symptom occurs with a specific sequence?
If you can provide the steps to reproduce the symptom, it would be useful to figure out the issue.

I'm not sure, but it's often happened when I open terminal through connect OP3 via VNC in wifi.
