Hi, I check the MX-64, there is a current mode(torque mode).

my question is how could I now the relationship between current and torque.

My understanding is I can control current, but I dont know how much torque as output from MX-64.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the delayed response.

You may refer to the Performance Graph from the eManual to estimate the torque based on the current readings.

https://emanual.robotis.com/docs/en/dxl/mx/mx-64-2/#performance-graph

In order to use the Current Control mode, you need to upgrade the firmware using Wizard 2.0.

Select the MX-64(2.0) for the product during the firmware recovery process so that Protocol 2.0 firmware can be burned.

Thank you.

Hi, willson, I check the performance graph, I fount there are different step in current, some time, the step is 0.3, sometime is 0.4, for example at the start point, current step is from 0.0-0.4, but next step is 0.4-0.7.
