Hello, when I plug in the USB port, the light next to the PWR flashes red and goes off after about 2 seconds and the computer can't detect the port. May I ask what is the problem? Thank you.

Hi,
The RED LED is directly connected to the 3.3V power of the OpenCM9.04.
If this LED doesn't turn on properly, either your USB port might be malfunctioning or the OpenCM9.04 could be damaged.
Please check if your USB port is working properly.
