Anyone here is using ROBOTIS SMART III?
With latest version of R+SmartIII 0.9.8.3, in “EDIT” of “01 Soccer” example, there is nothing in “Background”. Same in all media in all examples.
My current temporary solution is uninstalling the latest version, then reinstall the old version (0.9.6.8), then all media are accessible. But after the system update the app to latest version, the problem will happen again!
My smart devices are Android phones with Android 11 and 12.
Is there any other setting to show media in all examples by default in the latest version?

One of possibilities is an change of a file access policy in app since the latest Android version.
Can you do the following instruction and see if you can see the background imgs ? (The following instruction is based on R+mTask, but you can do the same using R+Smart |||)
1. Hold on the Icon of R+m.Task 2.0 and click the Info tag side by the app title when the box is popped up.2. When App info appears, Go to "Permission"3. Go to "Files and media"4. Select "Allow management of all files"

I did check the permission setting before and make sure all permission are allowed but problem still there.
And I double checked just now found out that in the latest version 0.9.8.6, the storage permission can only allow access to media only.
But in the old version 0.9.6.8, the storage permission is allow management of all files. I think this is the problem and this is not controllable at user side, need developer to solve this issue... TT
