Dear Sir,Thank you for your rapid reply.I show you information of our environment as follows:1.hardware environment i. PC Celeron 2.8GHz memory 448MB (WindowsXP) ii. USBto485 and CM2 are used to connect PC and the hand.2.condition of the problem We can use DXCONF.exe and Robot_Terminal.v0.91.exe regularly. But neither Packet_control.exe nor Robot_control.exe work well. In our program, the function DXL_open() succeeded. And DXL_robot_create() returns 1. (It seems to work well.) But the following DXL_robot_get_info() returns FALSE. (DXL_actuator_get_info() returns 37(ERROR_RCV_TMOUT) if it is called after DXL_robot_create().)
