Error Motion editor/ CM-5

Hey, I have a bioloid that has 8 AX-12's. i tried to connect it to the motion editor but it mostly says "Cannot connect CM-5", and when it does conect, few minutes later, it disconnects itself. All the connections are fine. And i'm getting fustrated. Please, help me with this problem? Thanks!

Dear Ben,Thank you for your kind patience.Please make sure you have assembled and connected everything in place.Then, turn the power of the CM-5 on, then connect it to the computer then open the motion editor.Please let me know if the problem persists.Thank you.

Hi, BenSorry for the delayed reply. When connecting the CM-5 to the PC, there is a download cable and USB2Dynamixel(USB2Serial) connected to the PC. I am thinking that maybethis would be a connection problem. The USB port might be damaged or the USB2Dynamixel (USB2Serial) might not be connected well. Pls check these and try again.Regards,ROBOTIS
